Capoeira Arte’s world (well, North West London) domination programme continues with a new 2 pm Saturday class at the Kaarma Zen-Do kickboxing studio, 101 The Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road NW1 8AH. This is in addition to the regular 4 pm Saturday class which continues at My Fitness Boutique in West Hampstead and the Tuesday and Thursday classes at Westminster Academy Sport.

Capoeira Arte is starting a new three-month classes programme at the Westminster Academy Sports Centre, Naim Dangoor Centre, 255 Harrow Road W2 5EZ. Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 7 to 8 pm, starting October 4 2011. Discounts for advance booking! Contact Francisco on 077 2477 7285.
Regular Capoeira Arte classes also continue at 4 pm on Saturdays at My Fitness Boutique in West Hampstead.
Capoeira is starting up again at Brent Adult and Community Education Service’s Carlton Centre with regular instructor Michael Ray. Classes are from 7 to 9 pm on Wednesday evenings from 27 April through to 6 July. You can sign up by calling the Carlton Centre on 020 8937 3990, or downloading the enrollment form here.
Capoeira Arte’s starting a new class tomorrow, 4 pm Saturdays at My Fitness Boutique (no, I’d never heard of it either) in West Hampstead. This is as well as the regular class which continues at Charteris Sports Centre at 8 pm on Tuesdays.

Capoeira Kabula is hosting Angola events with Mestre Valmir this weekend, 1 to 4 pm Saturday 29 May at the Thanet Centre in Chalk Farm and Sunday 1 to 3.30 pm at Hargrave Park School near Archway – see flyer here.
They regularly hold classes at the Thanet from 2-4 pm on Saturdays.
